All necessary documents — including identity proofs, educational certificates, address proofs, government IDs, and photographs — are thoroughly verified for authenticity. Original documents are cross-checked during this process.

We coordinate with the client to schedule interview dates and times. Depending on the client's preference, interviews may be conducted face-to-face, via video conferencing, or through technical trade tests. Scheduling is finalized based on venue and resource availability.

Receiving the Selection List

After interviews and skill assessments, the list of selected candidates is prepared and shared with our HR team. We coordinate with the chosen candidates, obtain their final consent, and initiate the next steps in the recruitment process.

Police Verification

Selected candidates undergo police verification to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). This step confirms the authenticity of their addresses (permanent and current) and ensures there are no criminal records.

Insurance and Visa Process

Following PCC clearance, we initiate the work permit application. Once approved, we arrange insurance for all selected candidates and proceed with the visa application process — managing documentation, submission, and visa stamping.

Pre-Departure Orientation

A comprehensive orientation session is conducted for all candidates before departure. They are briefed about the destination country, local culture, behavioral expectations, contract terms, and client requirements.

Departure

We manage the complete departure process, from handing over travel documents to assisting candidates at the airport. A dedicated representative often accompanies the group to ensure a smooth departure experience.

Arrival at Destination

Upon arrival, our local representatives in the destination country receive the candidates and coordinate their transportation to the client's site or accommodation. We ensure a smooth transition and immediate support on arrival.

Enrollment in the Company

Candidates are officially enrolled in the client's organization. If language barriers or communication challenges arise, we act as a liaison between the client and the candidates to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
